Summertime in Nashville is BRUTAL. The heat, the humidity… you get it. So sometimes you need something cold to cool you down and what better way to do that than enjoying some homemade popsicles! What’s even better – by making them yourself, you ensure that there are no overly processed ingredients or added sugar you don’t need.

I made 4 different kinds “otter pop” popsicles and 2 slightly different kinds of popsicles. There is really no “right” or “wrong” way to do this, feel free to experiment with different fruit combinations and enjoy!

Tools I used:

flavors I made:

  • strawberry/kiwi
  • strawberry/watermelon
  • orange / pineapple
  • blueberry cashew yogurt (I used forager yogurt)
  • strawberry cashew yogurt

Whats the best flavor for them?

Are those flavors the only ones that you could seem to freeze.
