In college I gained weight, had a lack of energy, and a low self-esteem. I began working out twice a day and eating a strict 1400 calorie diet. When I finally lost the weight after restricting myself for so long I still felt unsatisfied. No matter how much weight I lost I was still worried about everything I ate, being skinny felt TOO hard.
That's when I realized what I needed was not a DIET but a lifestyle. No more calorie counting, no more unrealistic expectations, no more stepping on the scale. NOW I am happier and healthier than ever without having to obsess over portion sizes or hitting the gym 7 days a week.
I am here to teach YOU how to be healthy and happy - my approach is less about losing weight and more about you focusing on you health (the weight loss happens as an extra bonus when you start taking care of YOU).
